IMMDF is a Section 501(c)3 nonprofit established in June of 2004. IMMDF’s mission is to support the economic development of Iraq and assist in the creation of Iraqi jobs by making charitable loans to small and middle market businesses and Iraqi financial institutions. The goal of IMMDF’s programs is to provide loans to entities that would not otherwise be able to secure financing on reasonable terms as a means of stimulating employment growth and the reconstruction of Iraq.
