Greater Southwest Development Corporation

GSDC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development corporation that has actively contributed to residential, commercial, and industrial revitalization efforts in Southwest Chicago for thirty years.

GSDC's mission is to act as a catalyst for creating and maintaining a vital greater Southwest Chicago community. Empowering, building and sustaining development raises the quality of life for our neighborhood residents, businesses, and industries.
