SailFuture is a comprehensive continuum of care designed to serve the state’s highest-risk teens in foster care.
Youth receive mental health and job training services, as well as attend a technical high school and participate in multi-month sailing journeys throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
Combining these services gives us influence over the key social determinants that determine successful life outcomes for teenagers in foster care.
