Volunteering Gold Coast

VGC forms an integral part of our community by providing volunteers to over 200 community organisations and specialised volunteers to Schoolies, Special Olympics etc.

Our commitment is to capacity building through the strengthening of organisations to support effective volunteer programs. VGC provides customised training programs for volunteers and volunteer managers and regularly hold events and celebrations to recognise the value volunteers make. VGC provides education and consultation around issues surrounding volunteer-involved organisations, through in-house strategy meetings, group presentations to promote volunteering and/or discuss relevant issues, plus individual meetings/consultation support. Members can access resources on volunteering and workplace issues and standards.
