ACCION Texas-Louisiana is the largest microlender in the U.S. The mission of ACCION Texas-Louisiana is to provide credit and service to small businesses that do not have access to loans from commercial sources, and to provide leadership and service to the micro lending field on a national level.

Through its loans and services ACCION Texas-Louisiana helps entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses, stabilize and increase their incomes, create additional employment, and contribute to the economic revitalization of their communities.

Established in 1994 in San Antonio, ACCION Texas-Louisiana operates in 14 cities across two states with more than 2,000 active borrowers and $25M in loans under management. In addition to providing business loans to start ups and existing businesses, ACCION Texas-Louisiana focuses on business assistance through mentoring, courses, seminar, and business incubators.
