PROhumana Foundation

PROhumana Foundation was created in 1998 with the mission to promote a proactive citizenship among individual, public institutions and private corporations. This is to be achieved by means of research and knowledge development, establishing opportunities for dialogue, and actions that contribute to the generation of social responsibility. PROhumana’s main objectives are to research in order to generate tools that may improve people’s life conditions replacing an assisting labor and paternalistic point of view to charity and volunteering that prevails in Chile today, giving way for philanthropic action, human promotion and social responsibility.
