CAFF's mission is to build sustainable food and farming systems through policy advocacy and on-the-ground programs that create more resilient family farms, communities and ecosystems.

CAFF brings together rural and urban people to: Promote family farms as the cornerstone of healthy communities; Initiate widespread adoption of ecological agriculture; Preserve California's irreplaceable farmland and water resources; Create direct links between farmers and consumers; Develop public policy that supports our vision.
