Public Health Connected

Public Health Connected envisions a world in which everyone is able to make informed decisions about their health. Our mission is to equip people with tools to protect their health and the health of their communities, while meeting the other needs in their lives.

Our first program, SAFER COVID-19, is a tool that walks people through a step-by-step process to make a plan to stay safer in their daily lives. This helps them lower their chance of getting COVID-19. Our second program focuses on self-care as a way for people to get powerful relief from the stress of the pandemic and other challenges in their lives.

Although our initial focus is on COVID-19, we plan to tackle a variety of existing and emerging health issues in the future.

We have a commitment to collaborate with underserved communities and their members, and to provide tools that are user-friendly, compassionate, relevant, and actionable. Our approach provides evidence-based and culturally relevant information that is developed by public health experts with input from community members. It also increases people's personal agency, self-efficacy, and sense of control.
