UTD Teaching Excellence Foundation, Inc.

The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. For those purposes, the Foundation shall provide support and opportunities for teachers, education professionals and education support staff : (i) to deepen their understanding of teaching and learning; (ii) to enhance their abilities as leaders in the field of education; (iii) to promote and enhance teacher professionalism; (iv) to gather together as teachers for professional conversations; (v) to provide support for student learning; and (vi) to engage other education professionals and education support staff to enhance their professional roles; and (vii) to do any and all lawful activities which may be necessary, useful, or desirable to pursue the foregoing.
