The mission of the organization is to provide the most effective forms of therapy through research and state-of-the-art programs. PCC believes in proactively maintaining mental health to help strengthen positive connection so that people and communities unite and flourish. To accomplish its goals, PCC has created various programs to provide the most effective forms of therapy. We have four well equipped centers in Meriden, Waterbury, Southington and Newtown. We are in the process of opening a mental health day treatment facility and psychiatric outpatient center to provide services to mental health patients as well as substance users. We are also planning to open a safe house for the human trafficking victims.
