    • Missão

    Our mission: To remind seniors and caregivers they are seen, beautiful and loved. Our Inspiration: Gladys Love Project was inspired by Gladys, Kym Motley's beloved grandmother. Gladys loved to entertain friends and embodied a fearless, sassy approach to life. From age 94 to 99, she lived in an assisted living facility. During that time, she never lost her desire to feel beautiful; her outfit was not complete until she put on lipstick and jewelry. Clasps on necklaces were difficult, so Kym made her long necklaces without clasps. The necklaces weren’t expensive but the colored, faceted beads made her smile and feel special. Her grandmother's appreciation for the jewelry reminded Kym that each senior had aspects of their lives that brought them joy, and that each senior must have stories and wisdom to share.

    Our Programs:

    We increase love & awareness for seniors and caregivers through our Love Kits for senior communities and "Capture the Love" portraits.

    Love Kits:

    The Love Kits we send to senior communities include:

    - Love Notes, or cards with positive messages to remind seniors they are loved

    - an activity for seniors to share what brings them joy-their favorite color, music, food.

    - sweet treats for seniors and caregivers to enjoy

    - "You are Wonderful" pins to show appreciation for the caregiving staff.

    - a Spotify playlist to add the final touches for a celebratory afternoon.

    "Capture the Love" Portraits:

    Our portraits capture the spirit of seniors and caregivers, reminding themselves and their loved ones how much they are loved and appreciated.
