ESR

ESR, Inc., is a private, nonprofit (501 [c] 3) agency supporting adults with developmental disabilities and other special needs in community-based employment.

Established in 1964, the agency offers adults with disabilities in the east metro area a menu of services, strengthened through partnerships with area businesses, cities and schools.

ESR supports about 130 adults with developmental disabilities in independent jobs in the community. We also support more than 128 consumers on work crews, where three or four of the individuals we serve work side-by-side with job coaches at sites throughout our community. At our program sites in Stillwater, Cottage Grove, Oakdale, Forest Lake, and New Richmond, ESR supports consumers who complete packaging, assembly, mailing projects and more for area businesses.
