We are NEW OPERA, opera for the 21st century and beyond, a fresh new approach to a 400-year-old artistic medium with the goal of reaching the widest possible audience and ensuring the continuing legacy of an art form that we love and cherish. Our works are original music and text, composed specifically to meet our goals and please audiences by award-winning Russian-American composer, Misha V. Stefanuk. Our subjects are thoroughly researched and our stories carefully planned to communicate the messages that we find enriching and important, as well as entertaining!
