HomeFront (Mercer County, NJ)

HomeFront's goal is to end homelessness in Mercer County by harnessing the caring, resources, and know-how of the community. We work to help homeless families make the transition to independence while easing the pain and burden of homelessness for children and parents. Our organization provides shelter, food, clothing, furniture and household goods to families in need, as well as educational and recreational events for children.
