Chicago Street Medicine

We are an interdisciplinary organization dedicated to supporting learner-fueled street medicine chapters throughout Chicago and aim to improve the health and well-being of our city. Since August 2017, we have been delivering healing to those experiencing unsheltered homelessness.

We don't wait for people to come to us. We take the care to them.

This is accomplished in large part due to the service of our dedicated medical student volunteers who commit their time and energy to frequent direct street medical care in the communities around their chapters - Loyola CSM, University of Illinois Chicago CSM, University of Chicago CSM, and Northwestern CSM. Our work would not be possible without the support of our incredible community partner organizations.
