Kentucky Jobs with Justice

Kentucky Jobs with Justice is a gem in the community. Kentucky JwJ is a broad-based coalition of community groups, faith-based organizations, students and labor unions united to promote, protect and improve the quality of life of all workers by empowering individuals and organizations to engage in collective action for economic and social justice. Kentucky JwJ is dedicated to protecting the rights of working people and supporting community struggles to build a more just society.

Kentucky JwJ has more than 50 organizational members and 1800 individual activists who have pledged to "be there five times for someone else's fight as well as [their] own."

We strive through outreach, mobilizing and awareness-raising by coalition-building, education, rallying and having strong leaders and excellent volunteers on our staff. Kentucky JwJ makes big progress with limited resources and we vow to keep fighting for social justice!
