Our mission is to empower youth to develop the skills, resources and resilience needed to live independently.

Youth Improvement Services helps young adults, ages 18 to 24, exit homelessness through direct housing support, cash assistance, and case management that connects them to employment, education, training.

Bridge Housing for Youth Experiencing Homelessness

Our Bridge Housing Program has three steps.

• We assist with temporary housing that moves young adults from being unsheltered to having somewhere safe to stay.

• We provide same-day cash for food, transportation and medical needs.

• We collaborate with young, through case management, to connect to more stable housing, prevent housing loss, and refer them to employment, education, workforce training and community resources that will lead to their long-term stability.
