Windham Arts was organized in 1999 by arts and community organizations as well as individuals to foster and promote the arts and cultural life of the Windham Region. Windham Arts strives to create authentic collaborations between the arts, culture, history, tourism, business, and government in Northeastern Connecticut. Windham Arts serves as Northeast CT’s Designated Regional Service Organization.
