Women's Resource Center of FL., Inc.

Our mission is to provide a variety of services to enrich the lives of women and their families. Our goals are focused on helping women become emotionally and economically independent so that they may become productive, contributing citizens of their communities.

We offer programs and resources to women and families in crisis so that they may have a chance to overcome their current crisis situation. Once this is accomplished, we offer a nine-month program called Independence Program, to these women. If these women choose to enter our program, we provide workshops on a variety of help topics, i.e., domestic violence support, peer support, budgeting, resume writing and interviewing skills, etc. At the end of nine months, these women graduate from our program and will, hopefully, be prepared to begin a new life.
