Community Outreach, Inc. (COI) is a private not-for-profit multi-service organization that delivers appropriate services to help people help themselves and others to lead healthy, productive lives. COI responds to human needs by providing direct services and by working with other agencies and organizations. COI treats all people with respect, integrity, and dignity.
