Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Team in Training - Northern Ohio Chapter

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training® is the world's largest endurance sports training program. Participants of all athletic levels are supported to achieve the ultimate goal of running or walking a half or full marathon, cycling a century ride or completing a triathlon while raising funds to find cures for leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma. The Northern Ohio Chapter's Team In Training ® (TNT) program offers a 16- to 22-week daily training schedule designed for everyone from novice to advanced athlete. The program provides training to run or walk marathons and half marathons or participate in triathlons, and century (100 mile) bike rides. Seasoned coaches provide you with the training and information necessary to cross the finish line of a major endurance event, healthy and proud!

Our knowledgeable and accessible coaches work with you on form, nutrition and apparel so that you are ready to do your best on race day. Your mentor, a former team member, offers moral support throughout the program. Your honored teammate, a local child or adult survivor of a blood cancer, motivates you to continue training and excel at your selected event.

In return, you have the opportunity to help LLS succeed in its mission.
