South Kearns Elementary is a Title 1 elementary school in Kearns, Utah that educates Pre-K thru 6th grade. South Kearns has partnered with Read Today and AmeriCorps to provide one-on-one reading tutoring for students who are one to two levels below proficiency.
The purpose of Read Today is to help students become proficient in reading. And to support Governor Herbert's goal of having 90% of Utah students be proficient readers.
