We focus on youth empowerment, water and sanitation hygiene and our 2 main activities are; A Water Kiosk at School: This is a primary school-based and students managed business financed by ITF. Provides people in the community with clean, drinking, tap water without being dependent on a third party to maintain the systems. It is both educational and profitable business teaching students business and entrepreneurial skills. Public drinking tap water station: Plastic soup is a worldwide problem, especially in developing cities without proper solid waste management systems. The menace of single-use plastic bottles interferes with natural ecosystems, as a result becomes a huge threat to the environment. Together with the City Councils we place drinking tap water fountains for people to access clean tap water without having to use the single-use bottles as a way of conserving the environment.
Mobility Projects: This is the European Union-Erasmus plus programme co-financed capacity building projects, which gather global partnerships from different organisations and countries/continents including ITF with an aim of tackling youth unemployment by bridging educational sector and labor market enabling young people to undergo work based learning and strengthen cross sectorial networking
