To promote the health of all people particularly those living with HIV/AIDS by developing a supportive and caring environment, to provide and create a partnership of effective service, help and care for those people infected and affected by the disease, to also play an important role to help reduce the epidemic by creating awareness, and acceptance through various forms of education.
