We are dedicated to breaking stigmas around menstruation and creating safe, supportive spaces—locally and globally—where every woman can thrive with dignity.

Flowers for Women is a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women and girls through wellness, menstrual equity, and community care. We host programs like Pads & Pilates - wellness and donation event that gathers period products for underserved girls in the Caribbean- while creating spaces that foster connection, dignity and empowerment. Whether you're helping at events, supporting our drives, or spreading awareness, volunteers play a vital role in helping us grow our impact and reach more lives.
