The Public Law Center (PLC), Orange County's pro bono law firm, is committed to providing access to justice for low income residents. PLC’s 60 staff members and 700+ volunteers provide free civil legal assistance in the areas of family law and domestic violence, housing, health care access, education, immigration, and consumer rights.
