Orange Sky Foundation for Education and Empowerment (OSFEE) is a registered Nigerian non-profit organisation founded in 2023 and based in Benin City, Edo State. We deliver structured, transparent, and evidence-based education and community development programmes across five Nigerian states — Edo, Lagos, Nasarawa, Akwa Ibom, and Cross River.

Since our founding, we have reached 1,012 verified beneficiaries, deployed ₦4.37 million in programme funding, and built active relationships with 10+ partner schools — at an average cost of ₦4,327 per beneficiary. Every activity is documented with a signed beneficiary register, photographic evidence, and a field report submitted within 24 hours.

We believe community development done with integrity looks like this: a real person, a signed register, an honest photograph, and an organisation willing to be held accountable for every naira.

OSFEE works across three focus areas:

EDUCATION (Orange Sky Learn)

We run weekly reading clubs in partner primary schools, distribute termly school kits to pupils who cannot afford them, host monthly mentorship circles for young people aged 13–22, and provide WAEC/NECO examination support. Our Learn programmes operate across 12 partner schools in Edo, Lagos, and Cross River States.

COMMUNITY RESILIENCE (Orange Sky Care)

We deliver health awareness sessions, community health screenings, menstrual hygiene education, and palliative food relief to families in underserved communities. Our Care programmes have reached families in Edo, Lagos, Nasarawa, and Akwa Ibom States.

VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT (Orange Sky Rise)

The OSFEE Rise Fellowship equips young Nigerians with professional skills and real community impact experience across four functional teams: Outreach, Media & Communications, Programs Coordination, and Human Resources. Fellows complete a structured 3-month programme and receive a certificate and LinkedIn recommendation upon completion.

OUR VALUES INCLUDE:

Transparency — we publish our programme costs, beneficiary numbers, and financial records openly. Every naira is documented.

Accountability — no activity is reported without a signed register, photographs, and a field report. We do not exaggerate outcomes.

Community-first — we consult communities before entering them. Our programmes are designed around what people actually need, not what looks good in a report.

Dignity — every beneficiary is treated as a person of worth, not a statistic. We collect photographs and data only with community consent.

Excellence — we choose to do fewer programmes and do them completely, rather than stretch thin and deliver poorly.

OSFEE serves:

• Children in underserved primary and secondary schools who lack access to basic learning materials, reading support, and structured mentorship
• Young people aged 13–22 navigating education, career decisions, and life skills without access to professional guidance
• Families in low-income communities across five Nigerian states who need dignified, verified material support
• Young Nigerian professionals and graduates seeking meaningful volunteer experience with real impact and professional recognition

We currently operate in Benin City (Edo State), Lagos State, Nasarawa State, Akwa Ibom State, and Cross River State — with plans to deepen presence in all five states by 2027.
