Who We Are

We are a Ugandan-based, study abroad and intercultural learning organization that promotes the mutual understanding between East Africa and the global community using global student mobility. Pathway Impact is dedicated to providing high-impact programs that foster cultural understanding, strengthen global solidarity and connect the academic to first-hand, real world practice. 

Our core  mission is to create meaningful, immersive and high-impact global learning programs that:

• support student academic success and career-readiness
• foster cultural understanding, tolerance and global awareness
• prepare young adults to become inclusive leaders and global citizens

We strongly believe that tomorrow's leaders will need a global mindset to tackle global challenges and adopt new ideas. Through language, arts, culture and education, we seek to create a more compassionate and cohesive global community.
