Meals on Wheels Macon County

Our mission is to nourish and enrich the lives of the homebound and disabled in need by providing nutritious meals that promote independent living.

Meals on Wheels Macon County serves seniors age 60+ through two program options. The congregate meal program provides nutritious meals at three locations—Scovill Activities Center, Oxford House, and The Woods—for active seniors who are able to drive. The home-delivered meal program serves homebound seniors, delivering not only nutritious, home-style meals but also wellness checks and meaningful social connections. Each weekday, over 400 at-home seniors benefit from the care and companionship of our dedicated volunteers. We rely on local volunteers to bring comfort, connection, and support to seniors throughout Macon County.
