Colorado State University: Mission of Extension is “to provide information and education, and encourage the application of research-based knowledge in response to local, state, and national issues affecting individuals, youth, families, agricultural enterprises, and communities of Colorado.”.
Sobre Nós
Extension is dedicated to serving current and future needs of Coloradans by providing educational information and programs that safeguard health, increase livelihood, and enhance well being. Our volunteers help meet this mission. Colorado Master Gardeners help spread and teach fact based landscape and gardening information to our communities. Our Native Plant Masters help with the importance of native plants, controlling weeds and using natives in sustainable landscapes. Our garden volunteers help take care of the arboretum that teaches people about low water plants in our high desert climate.
