State of Wellness develops leaders and resources in public health education, worksite health promotion and wellness in order to strengthen policy, programs and environments to enable everyone to benefit from a healthier lifestyle and population.
- Helping states to develop and support employer based wellness programs
- Helping to develop and support a statewide wellness entity within each state
- The creation of a college/university based institute or center in support of the State of Wellness efforts in that state
