To empower and serve people in need of specialized supports by providing innovative services that improve their ability to live fulfilling lives in the community.

We believe that every individual is entitled to the opportunity to lead a rich, fulfilling life. We believe this happens in strong communities, where everyone is able to participate fully.
We provide a variety of supports for children and families through mental health education and support, foster care service, resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, and support services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
We provide supports in the following counties: Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Carbon, Monroe, Pike and Schuylkill.
