Art of Living is a volunteer-run international educational and humanitarian non-profit dedicated to serving society by strengthening the individual. We offer stress-management, meditation and breathing programs that empower people from all walks of life - inner city youth, government officials, prisoners, university students, CEOs, and everyday community members. These programs inspire service, including conflict resolution, disaster relief, women's empowerment, rural development, and trauma relief programs.
