National WIC Association

The National WIC Association, NWA, is the education arm and advocacy voice of the 9 million mothers and young children participating in WIC -- the nation's premiere public health nutrition program -- and the 12,200 service provider agencies offering nutritious supplemental foods, nutrition and breastfeeding education, and referrals to prenatal, pediatric health care services, and social services for WIC families.
