The Gulf Studies Center is an independent research-centric organization aimed to provide information about the Arabian/Persian Gulf region. The Center focuses on the inexorably intertwined issues of politics, international relations, culture, and economics within the Gulf countries--Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE--plus Yemen. The Center recognizes the great need for further study into the region due to its ever-increasing importance in today's world.
