River City Rhythm is an organization that oversees competitive marching arts programs serving high school and college-age men and women throughout the year. Based in the Minneapolis area, RCR performs in shows around Minnesota and the Midwest during each competition season. Our mission is to promote excellence in our youth and further their education through music and the performing arts.
