E N C INC Everyone Needs a Community
Missão
We can't change the world, but we can start with one community! We are building an autism-friendly community in central WI to bring together adults with autism and retirement-age adults who can be great neighbors. It will be an autism-informed community. We have the answer to not enough affordable housing and we all know Covid has created isolation and loneliness. We are a group of parents and friends of people with autism who have come together to create this housing replicated after an award winning model out east.
Sobre Nós
We are in our fourth year of incorporation and are working on expanding our board beyond 3 people. We have a property developer out of Madison. We are looking for people with fundraising skills, social media expertise. Other welcome to be part of our mission to do some storytelling and share their own stories. We would also like to create some short videos to educate people about autism which is often misunderstood. Any grant writers out there would be embraced.
We have donor management software and are working hard to get the word out nationally about our mission to build this autism-friendly community.
