The Tourist Information Center (TIC) is an autonomous organization created in connection with Pacha's Night Club, the Pierre-Paul Christian Initiative (PCI), the Economic and Cultural Foundation of Haiti, several known hotels and entrepreneurs. Its mission is to enable tourists to enjoy their coming and stay for awhile in Haiti, discover all the marvels even those which are still hidden for many : rivers, forts, buildings, and so forth.
