Districtofchange.com is a new web site that reports on the nonprofit sector in Washington, D.C. It is not currently registered as a 501(c)(3); however, it is not a for-profit endeavor, and benefits the nonprofit community by drawing attention to news, events, trends, people and organizations working to make a difference throughout the District.
