At The Free Play Foundation, our mission is simple: to create a fun, judgment-free, and stress-free environment where children with autism, disabilities, and developmental delays can build confidence, friendships, and motor skills through adaptive sports and play. We believe that every child deserves the chance to experience the joy of movement, teamwork, and play, regardless of their ability level. As a mom of a child on the spectrum, I understand firsthand the importance of providing safe spaces where parents can breathe easy, and kids can shine. The Free Play Foundation was created by a mom with a child on the spectrum who saw the need for a safe, stress-free, and judgment-free place where kids with autism, disabilities, and developmental delays could play and belong.

Our Mission:

To help kids ages 2-7 build motor skills, confidence, and friendships through adaptive sports, dance, cheer, and sensory play programs.
