Starfish Greathearts Foundation is an international development charity aiming to bring life, hope and opportunity to children orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS in Southern Africa. Established in 2001 by a group of individuals who wanted to make a small difference, we’re now reaching out to over 36,000 children across South Africa, providing various forms of care.
