About NC NORML 

NC NORML is North Carolina’s statewide chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws . This chapter includes consumers and constituents advocating for the legalization of cannabis in a market that favors consumers over giant corporations.

Our Mission

To educate, empower, and activate North Carolinians - including elected officials - to honor the individual liberty of adult consumers to responsibly use and/or grow cannabis for medical and/or personal purposes.

How We Get There

Educate: Teaching the History of Prohibition and Science so the facts can be spread through the general public and lawmakers.

Empower: Develop and provide tools and training on advocacy skills through webinars, live sessions, and other available platforms to build confidence in our members.

Activate: Establish and track connections between constituents and elected officials to discover and capitalize on new opportunities to move the needle.
