RICCA is a Public Benefits Non Profit Kenyan Organization that Creates an Education Environment for rural &Underserved Children that reduces Drop Out and Improves Academic and Social Outcomes through better infrastructure, Resources and Support.

RICCA is locally rooted Non-Profit registered in Kenya as social venture dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces for children in rural and marginalized areas. We focus on improving access to quality education by addressing the barriers that cause school dropout. Through community-driven initiatives, RICCA works to ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn, thrive, and build a better future. Our main objectives are:

• Establish a safe, inclusive Rika After School Centre for children aged 6-14, fostering academic and social success regardless of background
• Improve teacher quality in rural schools through targeted training and support.
• Enhance well-being of children, and strengthen community capacity to safeguard and support children’s rights.
