A Horse Tale Rescue Inc.

AHT is a registered Canadian charity that rescues horses in need, rehabilitates, rehomes or retires them. We pair our rescued horses with individuals in the community through facilitated equine activities to create meaningful and positive experiences to improve mental health and wellbeing of these individuals. Our programs help a wide variety of individuals in the local communities by supporting mental health and resilience. Our clientele includes seniors, individuals living with autism spectrum disorder, victims of domestic violence, and front line workers among others. We offer a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all who pass through our gates. We save horses and change lives.
