Missão
Our MISSION is to:
Raise awareness of the needs of grieving children;
Provide programs to address those needs, and
Equip the community to support those children who have experienced the death of a loved one.
Sobre Nós
The Caring Place is a program that provides grief support to families and communities. There are thousands of children and adults in our area who have experienced the death of a family member. We are looking for compassionate individuals who can listen to the stories of grieving children and adults.
Volunteers are needed to facilitate grief groups, greet families, serve food, and sew commemorative quilts. The Caring Place provides a training to prepare volunteers for the various roles needed.
