Hispanic Advocacy and Community Empowerment through Research

HACER is a community-based research and advocacy organization dedicated to providing the Minnesota Hispanic/Latino community the ability to create and control information about itself in order to affect institutional decisions and public policy. Based on this mission, HACER plays a key role as a facilitator in collaborations among state, county and local agencies that serve the Hispanic/Latino community. HACER is dedicated to methodologically sound, culturally appropriate and credible research.
