Maryland Gear is a business incubator that removes barriers to startup that new high-tech manufacturing facilities face, boosting their four year success rate, cementing them in the community, and serving as an economic engine by creating high wage jobs for Prince George’s county.

Maryland Gear offers full and part-time access to a state of the art manufacturing floor, and adds value for its clients by providing wrap around services including offices, business mentoring, access to professional services, and assistance in securing funding. Maryland Gear further makes its facilities available to the community with its neighbor program and by offering education through classes, cooperative agreements with local colleges, and outreach.
