Goutte d'eau - child support network

Goutte d'eau-a child support network (Gecsn) is a network that brings together NGOs with the aim ofimproving the lives of vulnerable children in Cambodia, their families and their communities. Our main objective is to transfer knowledge and know-how, although we also provide financial support by connecting local NGOs with potential donors.

In 1996 Gecsn was founded to help small NGOs fighting child trafficking and other forms of child abuse. Gecsn is not another relief organization but rather a network of existing local relief organizations that promotes knowledge sharing, effective project implementation, and facilitates access to potential donors.

Gecsn is a non-political, non-religious, Swiss foundation

The organisation was awarded the Albert Schweitzer Gold Medal. The prize was established in 1989. It is given to individuals/organisations who/that have demonstrated exemplary service to humanity.
