This organization is formed for chairable purposes. The purposes of the Corporation shall be to better the lives of disabled and able bodied children, and do all things lawful for nonprofit corporations; the powers of the corporation, however, to be restricted at all times to the performance of acts and purposes, tax exempt under the laws of Wisconsin and under federal law. The Corporation is organized exclusively for chairitable and education purposes within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code of 1986 Section 501(c)(3) including, for such purposes, distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations that are described in Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) and exempt from taxation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(a)(or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code) for programs in furtherance of the Corporation's tax-exempt purposes.
