Home-Start believes that every family is special and we respond to each family’s need through a combination of home visiting and social events.
We offer a unique service to families by recruiting and training volunteers, who are usually parents themselves, to visit families at home who have at least one child under 5. The volunteers offer informal, confidential and friendly support. Home-Start believes that children need a happy and secure childhood and that parents have a key role in giving their children a good start in life.
